本文介绍1981年9月1日至1982年8月31日江苏省11个市66所医院围产儿死亡率的调查研究。此年度的死亡率为23.7‰,较上年度24.5‰略有下降,但无统计学意义。11个市的分别死亡率为20.0‰～39.7‰。根据资料分析提出五点降低死亡率的意见:(1)重视围产儿主要死因;(2)加强对死产的预防;(3)改进孕产期监护及助产方法;(4)积极预防和处理低体重儿;(5)提高县乡围产期保健质量。
This article describes the investigation of perinatal mortality among 66 hospitals in 11 cities of Jiangsu Province from September 1, 1981 to August 31, 1982. The annual mortality rate was 23.7 ‰, down slightly from 24.5 ‰ in the previous year but not statistically significant. The mortality rates in 11 cities ranged from 20.0 ‰ to 39.7 ‰. According to the analysis of the data, we put forward five suggestions on reducing the mortality rate: (1) paying attention to the major causes of perinatal death; (2) strengthening the prevention of stillbirths; (3) improving the monitoring of maternity and midwifery methods; (4) Treatment of low birth weight children; (5) improve perinatal health care quality in county and township.
