教育作为一个民族最根本的事业,要为每一个孩子播种梦想,点燃梦想,最终实现梦想,把自己的梦和中国梦有机地结合在一起。班主任在教育工作中起着至关重要的作用,而班主任工作又是一项异常艰辛、异常琐碎的工作,它包含爱的教育、习惯的培养、行为的养成、情感的交流。在我的班主任生涯中,我愈加感觉到工作中的效率、方法、科学性的重要。为此我为自己制定了一个目标:做一名“三心”“二意”的班主任,陪伴学生在梦的天空展翅飞翔。
