本文探讨用磷钛偏高的江苏地区生铁,用加镁的方法生产球墨铸跌的可能性。试验证明,在含磷0.2%,含钛0.04%时,对石墨形状及机械性质起决定性影响的是含硅量。如果含硅量在2.0~2.2%以下,再适当提高残铁量,并辅以适当的热处理,完全可以达到球铁50—1.5或60—2的要求。 退火的温度以900—930℃为宜,退火过程中,同时起着石墨化、均匀化及改善磷共晶的作用。想消除磷共晶而把温度提得过高是不恰当的。为了获得较佳的耐磨性和适当的韧性,建议把一般习用的550℃回火改到650℃;为了获得最大的韧性,建议在700—750℃回火。
This article discusses the use of high phosphorus and titanium pig iron in Jiangsu Province, with the method of magnesium production of ductile cast possibility. Tests show that, in the phosphorus 0.2%, containing 0.04% titanium, the graphite shape and mechanical properties play a decisive role in the silicon content. If the amount of silicon in the 2.0 ~ 2.2% below, then properly increase the amount of residual iron, supplemented by appropriate heat treatment, can meet the requirements of ductile iron 50-1.5 or 60-2. Annealing temperature of 900-930 ℃ is appropriate, the annealing process, at the same time play a graphitization, homogenization and improve the role of phosphorus eutectic. To eliminate phosphorus eutectic temperature is too high is not appropriate. In order to obtain better wear resistance and proper toughness, it is recommended to change the conventionally used tempering at 550 ° C to 650 ° C. Tempering at 700-750 ° C is recommended for maximum toughness.
