微视频的使用,贴近当下教育需求,能够让学生以愉快的心情去学习,激发学生兴趣,激励学生积极参与到体育运动中来。微视频的设计,又是瞄准体育课程标准,贴合学生学习、实践,因此也就能够帮助学生巩固已学知识和基本技能,提升学生在体育课堂中发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。同时,“短、快、精”、大众参与性、随时随地随意性是微视频最大的特点,这就能够大大提高课堂效率,达到事半功倍的效果。
