研究了Inconel600镍基合金TIG接头在不同温度下固溶处理的组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性。结果表明,随固溶处理温度增加,其硬度、强度下降,塑形增加;低温下固溶处理,热影响区会形成粗大块状的Cr_(23)C_6碳化物,使耐蚀性能下降;1250℃固溶处理时,晶粒粗大,晶界变粗,平直度增加,且晶界上杂质元素偏析严重,导致耐蚀性下降。所以其最合理的固溶处理温度为1050~1150℃。
The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of solution-treated TIG joints of Inconel 600 Ni-based alloy at different temperatures were studied. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the hardness and strength decrease, and the shape increases. At the low temperature, the Cr_ (23) C_6 carbides are formed in the coarse heat treatment zone and the corrosion resistance decreases. ℃ solution treatment, the coarse grains, coarse grain boundaries, straightness increases, and the grain boundary segregation of impurity elements serious, leading to corrosion resistance decreased. So the most reasonable solution treatment temperature is 1050 ~ 1150 ℃.
