根据《自治区人民政府关于印发(广西壮族自治区科学技术发展第九个五年计划和到2010年长远规划纲要)的通知》(桂政发[1995]69号)精神,“九五”期间,为实施“科技兴桂”战略,引导乡镇企业依靠科技进步,实现经济增长方式的根本性转变,我区继续组织实施的“十百千万”星火工程,使一批乡镇企业依靠科技进步,实现了上规模、上水平,提高了经济效益和社会效益,为促进我区经济和社会发展作出了贡献。为表彰先进,树立典型,自治区人民政府决定授予广西黑五类食品集团“十百千万”星火工程优秀科技型企业集团、广西中兴实业有限公司等12家企业“十百千万”星火工程优秀科技型龙头企业、广西玉林金龙 PS 印刷材料有限公司等34家企业“十百千万”星火工程优秀
According to the “Circular of the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region on Printing and Distributing the Ninth Five-Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Long-term Planning Outline for 2010” (Gui Zhengfa [1995] No. 69), during the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, In order to implement the strategy of “prosperity through science and technology”, we will guide township and village enterprises to rely on scientific and technological progress to achieve a fundamental change in the mode of economic growth.
