甲癣俗称“灰指甲”,由致病性真菌侵犯甲板或甲下组织所引起。我科采用药物拔甲疗法,取得较好疗效。1 一般资料 473例甲癣(不含趾甲癣,下同)患者均门诊治疗。年龄12～75岁,20～50岁最多,占71.3％;病程最短的半个月,最长20多年。18例10个指甲皆患甲癣;合并趾甲癣或体癣、股癣者共456人,占96.4％;共拔病甲964只,每只病甲2/3以上的甲板变灰黄色、增厚或空缺,真菌直接镜检均为阳性。部分病甲菌种分离如下:
