目的探讨人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)蛋白在早孕绒毛和原因不明习惯性流产中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测30例早孕绒毛、25例原因不明习惯性流产的表达情况。结果 HLA-G蛋白在原因不明习惯性流产患者的绒毛表达明显低于早孕绒毛,两者比较,差异有显著(P<0.05)。结论 HLA-G蛋白的表达可能是原因不明习惯性流产患者的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G) in early pregnancy villus and unexplained habitual abortion. Methods The expression of 30 cases of early pregnancy villus and 25 cases of unexplained habitual abortion were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of HLA-G protein in villus of unknown abortion patients with unexplained habitual abortion was significantly lower than that of the first trimester villi (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of HLA-G protein may be one of the reasons for the unknown abortion patients.
