我国西部干旱半干旱区煤炭、石油、天然气等资源储量相当丰富,但由于生态环境极端脆弱,所以在开发建设过程中若对环境保护不到位,则极易给当地的生态环境造成巨大的破坏。为尽量保护水土资源,在编制该区域的开发建设项目水土保持方案时,要注意尽可能地减少对原生地表的扰动、重视措施的适宜性和可操作性、严格控制临时占地面积、选择的施工工艺应符合工程所在地的自然条件等。
The reserves of coal, petroleum and natural gas in the arid and semi-arid regions of western China are quite abundant. However, due to the extremely fragile ecological environment, if the environment protection is not in place during the process of development and construction, it will easily cause huge damage to the local ecological environment. In order to protect soil and water resources as much as possible, we should pay attention to reducing the disturbance to the original surface as much as possible and emphasize the suitability and maneuverability of the measures in the preparation of soil and water conservation programs for the development and construction projects in this region.
