2008年年初,《工资条例》起草列入有关部门议事日程。3年过去了,由于在一些关键问题上各部门难以达成一致,《工资条例》出台时间再次被押后,至少在今年内很难出台。据媒体报道,在《工资条例》的草案中,最低工资以及工资正常增长机制等规定,遭到了来自全国工商联等部门的反对。此外,有关“同工同酬”的规定,由于国企大量存在劳务派遣工人,也未找到解决方案。
In early 2008, the “Wage Regulations” drafted into the agenda of the relevant departments. Three years have passed.
