本文探讨急性心肌梗塞犬心肌中的肾上腺素(A)及去甲肾上腺素(NA)水平。材料与方法实验动物为体重10公斤以上健康杂种犬,雌雄不分,共计8条。用结扎左前降冠状动脉法造成急性心肌梗塞。将结扎后存活10小时以上的犬心脏取下,立即用液氮冷冻,再用电动中空钻头取心肌梗塞区、梗塞边缘区、正常对照区心肌组织,用0.4N过氯酸匀
This article explores the levels of epinephrine (A) and norepinephrine (NA) in the myocardium of dogs with acute myocardial infarction. Materials and Methods The experimental animals were healthy mongrel dogs weighing more than 10 kilograms, regardless of sex, for a total of 8 animals. Ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery causes acute myocardial infarction. The canine heart that survived ligation for more than 10 hours was removed and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen. Myocardial infarction, infarct marginal zone, and normal control myocardium were harvested with a motorized hollow drill, using 0.4N perchloric acid.
