1933年3月至4月,国民党政府财政部颁布法令,宣布银元为本位货币,废除以银两作为商品交换和价格的标度,史称“废两改元”。废两改元的施行是中国近代金融改革的重要事件,对中国社会产生了深远影响。本文拟对此作一初步介绍和分析。
