测定了头孢唑肟等11种抗生素对447株临床分离菌的体外抗菌活性,结果头孢唑肟对临床分离频度较高的大肠杆菌、肺炎杆菌和变形杆菌具有极高的抗菌活性,在所选用的抗生素中最强;头孢唑肟对拟杆菌的体外抗菌活性仅次于甲硝哒唑,在其余的10种抗生素中最强,因此认为头孢唑肟适于治疗上述细菌引起的感染,特别是需氧菌和厌氧菌的混合感染。由于头孢唑肟对绿脓杆菌和金葡球菌特别是来源于烧伤创面的金匍球菌的体外抗菌活性不强,故不宜单独用来治疗这些细菌引起的感染。
The antibacterial activities of 11 antibiotics such as ceftizoxime against 447 clinical isolates were determined in vitro. The results showed that ceftizoxime had a very high antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia and Proteus which had a high clinical separation frequency. Of the antibiotics; ceftizoxime against Bacteroides in vitro antibacterial activity second only to metronidazole, among the remaining 10 kinds of antibiotics strongest, so that ceftizoxime suitable for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by, in particular Mixed aerobic and anaerobic infections. As ceftizoxime on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, especially gold bark from burn wounds in vitro antibacterial activity is not strong, it should not be used alone to treat infections caused by these bacteria.
