1 研究开发的目的过去,柴油机阀座较多地使用了耐热钢和司太立合金表面堆焊材料。使用耐热钢时,对各式各样的柴油机来说,由于材料选择的自由度较小,而且是采用整体加工方法制造的,所以存在成品率低的问题。对司太立合金表面堆焊材料来说,除了存在上述问题之外,还因含有钴而材料成本很高。本公司为了解决这些问题,研究开发了粉末锻造阀座材料,并进入了批量生产阶段。 2 研究开发的方法柴油机与汽油机不同。气缸头材料使用
