目的实现基于虚拟现实的人体颌面部的三维重建。方法对1例25岁女性志愿者的颌面部进行64层螺旋CT扫描,获得颌面部二维图像,通过Mimics软件直接导入医学数字成像和通信(DICOM)格式CT数据,利用逆向工程软件Mimics对数据进行分割、处理,并完成三维重建,在此基础上进行基于虚拟现实建模语言(VRML)的颌面三维重建。结果成功构建了基于虚拟现实的人体颌面部模型,可用于虚拟仿真教学等。结论基于虚拟现实技术的颌面三维重建为临床医生进行诊断和治疗提供了精确的模型,同时可以有效地推动解剖教学。
Objective To realize 3D reconstruction of human maxillofacial region based on virtual reality. Methods A maxillofacial region of a 25-year-old female volunteer was scanned by 64-slice spiral CT to obtain a two-dimensional image of maxillofacial region. Mimics software was used to directly import CT data in medical digital imaging and communication (DICOM) format. The reverse engineering software Mimics The data is divided and processed, and the three-dimensional reconstruction is completed. Based on this, a maxillofacial three-dimensional reconstruction based on Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is carried out. Results The human maxillofacial model based on virtual reality was successfully constructed and could be used in virtual simulation teaching. Conclusion Maxillofacial 3D reconstruction based on virtual reality technology provides an accurate model for clinicians to diagnose and treat, and can effectively promote the teaching of anatomy.
