应用色谱法进行药物残留检测过程中,特别是痕量水平的检测分析过程中,基质效应对目标分析物的定性和定量准确度影响很大。就日常残留检测过程中出现的基质效应及其规避方法进行探讨。
During the detection of drug residues by chromatography, especially in the trace level detection and analysis process, the matrix effect has a great influence on the qualitative and quantitative accuracy of the target analytes. The matrix effect and avoiding method in the process of routine residue testing are discussed.
