河北省劳动保障厅农村社会保险处原处长于瑞云、原副处长陈树新因贪污罪、滥用职权罪,近日被法院依法判刑。经查,2004年3月至10月,于瑞云、陈树新将本处管理的农村养老社保基金4000万元分六笔委托亚洲证券有限责任公司购买国债,并允许该公司使用上述资金用于证券交易,导致4000万农村社保基金至今无法追回。
