目的:考察混合糖电解质注射液(新海能)与10种常用头孢类注射药物配伍的稳定性,供临床用药参考。方法:模拟临床常用浓度和配制方法,对10种常用头孢药物与混合糖电解质注射液配伍后外观、pH、含量、微粒变化等指标进行观察研究。结果:混合糖电解质注射液配伍头孢硫脒6h后,ΔpH为0.38且含量下降12.2%;配伍头孢哌酮出现乳白色混浊,6h后ΔpH为0.26且含量下降10.7%;配伍头孢曲松不溶性微粒超标;其余7种药物配伍8h内均较稳定。结论:头孢硫脒、头孢哌酮和头孢曲松不宜与混合糖电解质注射液配伍,其余7种药物配伍稳定性较好。
Objective: To investigate the compatibility of mixed sugar electrolyte injection (Xinhai Neng) with 10 kinds of commonly used cephalosporins injection drugs for clinical reference. Methods: The common clinical concentrations and the preparation methods were simulated. The appearance, pH, content and particle changes of 10 common cephalosporins and mixed sugar electrolyte injection were observed and studied. Results: After mixing 6 hours with cefathiamidine, the ΔpH was 0.38 and the content was decreased by 12.2%. The compatibility of cefoperazone appeared white opacity, the ΔpH was 0.26 and the content decreased by 10.7% after 6 hours. The compatibility of ceftazidime insoluble particles was excessive; The remaining seven kinds of drug compatibility within 8h are more stable. Conclusion: Cefathiamidine, cefoperazone and ceftriaxone should not be mixed with mixed sugar and electrolyte injection, and the stability of the other seven drugs is good.
