目前,在学生思想品德测评(以下简称品测)中,老师“一手包办”、“一锤定音”的现象仍比较严重,评语更是千篇一律,内容乏味,显示不出学生的个性和前后的变化,对促进学生的成长难以起大的作用。为改变这种状况,从1991年起,由南京市雨花区教研室牵头,会同区教育科,和共青团路中学、西善桥中学、板桥中学联合组成的教研、行政及班主任三结合的“初中学生品德测评及分层推进研究”课题组。其成员有区教育科的韩峰、王道荣;共青团路中学的陈治强、胡洪斌;西善桥中学的潘宁生、丛爱玲;板桥中学的胡庆宁、施建香、黄菊香;区教研室的姜振英等。试验已历时两年,其步骤为: 第一阶段:1991年3月-7月,学习理论,调查研究,设计“初中学生品德目标体系”,研究“学生品德达标测评办法”。第二阶段:1991年9月-1992年1月,在三校三
Currently, in the ideological and moral evaluation of students (hereinafter referred to as “product testing”), the phenomenon of “single-handedness” and “fixed tone” by teachers is still rather serious.
