近年来,我国一直在鼓励发展分布式能源,支持开展微电网示范工程建设。目前,由化石能源为主的能源结构带来的资源开采和运输压力很大,同时,化石能源消费带来的环境问题日益突出,特别是二氧化碳大量排放带来的气候变化问题很严峻。国家能源局可再生能源司副司长史立山认为,随着电动汽车等新技术的应用,我们的能源体系将更多地依靠电力,更多地依靠可再生能源发电。
In recent years, China has been encouraging the development of distributed energy and supporting the construction of micro grid demonstration projects. At present, the fossil energy-based energy structure brings about great pressure on the exploitation and transportation of resources. At the same time, the environmental problems caused by fossil energy consumption have become increasingly prominent. In particular, the problem of climate change caused by the massive emission of carbon dioxide is very serious. Shi Lishan, deputy director of the Renewable Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, believes that with the application of new technologies such as electric vehicles, our energy system will rely more on electricity and rely more on renewable energy for power generation.
