顶岗实习是培养学生实践能力、提高技术操作水平的重要措施,搞好顶岗实习对促进高校的教育教学改革、为社会培养有用人才有着重要的意义。多年来,天津石油职业技术学院高度重视工学结合、顶岗实习,在校外实习基地的顶岗实习运行与管理中取得了一定经验,同时也发现在顶岗实习的管理中还存在一些问题。本文对石油类专业在华北油田山西煤层气公司顶岗实习中存在的一些问题进行分析,探索校外实训基地顶岗实习运行与管理方法。
The internship of posts is an important measure to train students’ practical ability and improve the technical operation level. It is of great significance to do internships in posts to promote the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities and to train useful talents for the society. Over the years, Tianjin Petroleum Polytechnic has attached great importance to the combination of work and study, internships in positions, gained some experience in internship practice and management of off-campus internship bases, and also found that there are still some problems in the management of internships. This article analyzes some problems existed in the internship of Shanxi Coalbed Methane Company in Huabei Oilfield, and explores the internship practice and management of off-campus training base.
