几年来,黑龙江省认真贯彻中央关于调整不胜任现职干部职务的精神,坚持实行干部能上能下制度。自1987年以来,全省共调整不胜任现职的厅局级领导干部29人,调整不胜任现职的县处级领导干部791人。
Over the past few years, Heilongjiang Province conscientiously implemented the spirit of the Central Committee’s circular on adjusting incompetent incumbent cadres and persisted in implementing the cadre’s ability to get on and off. Since 1987, the province has adjusted a total of 29 incumbent leading cadres at the departmental bureau level and adjusted 791 cadres at the county level who are incapable of serving their posts.
