考虑到作用于管道上的径向压力和摩擦力同管道位移有关的实际受力特性,本文采用ANSYS程序中的三维接触面单元对北京二里庄小区供热管网“L”形管道的位移及内力的分布规律进行了数值模拟,并分析了弯头夹角θ、结构参数等因素对最大应力σmax的影响。全面地揭示了管网中“L”形管道弯头部位易破裂的原因,并提出了一系列对工程设计和施工有重要参考价值的结论
Taking into account the actual stress characteristics of radial pressure and friction forces acting on the pipeline in relation to the displacement of the pipeline, this article uses the three-dimensional contact surface element in the ANSYS program for the displacement of the “L” shaped pipe of the heating network of the Erlizhuang district in Beijing. The distribution law of internal forces was numerically simulated, and the influence of factors such as elbow angle θ and structural parameters on the maximum stress σmax was analyzed. The reason for the easy rupture of the elbow of the “L” pipe in the pipe network was fully revealed, and a series of conclusions with important reference values for engineering design and construction were put forward.
