任何系统,只有不断从外界输入能量,才能发挥高度的效益,语文教学当然也不例外。但不可否认,现在的小学教学,仍自觉不自觉地处于封闭状态,绝大多数的小学教师并没有从学科之外输入能量的自觉行为,从而使教学在不同程度上处于静止无序的状态,严重地制约着教学效率的提高与素质教育的实施,因此,为了适应素质教育,教师必须提高自身的素质。
