企业文化是企业经营的软实力,它是企业持续、和谐、健康发展的主要动力所在。西方企业文化建设始于20世纪70年末期,而我国直到最近才开始关注企业文化的重要性。我国企业长期缺乏企业文化,其中的原因是复杂的。通过考察西方企业文化发展与分析我国企业生存的宏观与微观环境,本文发现企业文化发展不仅需要企业管理层面的努力,更需要宏观环境的改善。
Corporate culture is the soft power of business, it is the main driving force for sustainable, harmonious and healthy development of enterprises. The construction of Western corporate culture began in the late 1970s, and until recently China began to pay attention to the importance of corporate culture. The long-term lack of corporate culture in China’s enterprises, the reason is complicated. By examining the development of western enterprise culture and analyzing the macroscopic and microcosmic environment of the survival of Chinese enterprises, this paper finds that the development of enterprise culture requires not only the efforts of enterprise management but also the improvement of macro environment.
