党的十七届四中全会提出的发展党内民主的新要求,进一步明确了党内民主的目标和原则,确立了党内民主的基本架构,明确了党内民主的实现路径。结合武汉市江岸区党代会常任制试点工作和发展党内民主的实践,本文认为落实党内民主的各项任务,党员领导干部要以自我革命、自我超越的勇气抓落实,要以突出重点、统筹兼顾的方法抓落实,要以求真务实、真抓实干的作风抓落实。
The new requirements put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee for developing intra-party democracy further clarify the goals and principles for intra-party democracy, establish the basic framework for intra-party democracy and define the path for the realization of intra-party democracy. In combination with the practice of piloting the Party congress permanent system and the development of inner-party democracy in Wuhan Jiang’an District, this paper argues that all party members and leading cadres should follow the tasks of self-revolution and self-transcendence in order to fulfill the tasks of inner-party democracy. , Take all factors into consideration and implement it in an all-in-one way, and implement it with the style of seeking truth and being pragmatic and earnestly working hard.
