目的:提取及测定新疆石榴皮中的总多酚和总多糖含量,并测定其抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声提取法提取石榴皮中的总多酚,采用水提醇沉法提取石榴皮中的总多糖;通过测定其还原能力和对DPPH自由基的清除能力,对石榴皮多酚和多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果:石榴皮总多酚含量为1.05%,总多糖含量为50.40%;石榴皮多酚和多糖具有较强的还原能力和清除DPPH自由基能力。结论:新疆石榴皮多酚和多糖提取工艺稳定、可靠,且体外有明显抗氧化活性。
OBJECTIVE: To extract and determine the content of total polyphenols and total polysaccharides in pomegranate peel of Xinjiang and determine its antioxidant activity. Methods: The total polyphenols in pomegranate peel were extracted by ultrasonic extraction, and the total polysaccharides in pomegranate peel were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The activity of DPPH and polysaccharide were determined by measuring its reducing ability and DPPH free radical scavenging ability. The antioxidant activity was studied. Results: The total polyphenols content of pomegranate peel was 1.05% and the total polysaccharide content was 50.40%. The polyphenols and polysaccharides of pomegranate peel had strong reducing ability and DPPH free radical scavenging ability. Conclusion: The extraction technology of polyphenols and polysaccharides from pomegranate peel in Xinjiang is stable and reliable, and has obvious anti-oxidative activity in vitro.
