目的:观察糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和受活化调节、由正常T细胞表达分泌的趋化蛋白(RANTES)水平,并探讨它们与糖基化终产物-肽(AGE-P)的相互关系。方法:设健康对照(NC)组46例,糖尿病(DM)患者176例分为正常蛋白尿(DM N)组、微量白蛋白尿(DM Mi)组及显性蛋白尿(DM Ma)组。流动注射分析法检测血清AGE-P,ELISA法检测血清MCP-1和RANTES。结果:(1)DM患者血清MCP-1、RANTES和AGE-P水平均明显高于NC组(均为P<0.01);(2)DM Ma组和DM Mi组血清MCP-1水平均显著高于DM N组(均为P<0.05);(3)DM Ma组血清AGE-P水平明显高于DM Mi组和DM N组(P<0.05和P<0.01);(4)DN患者血清AGE-P与RANTES及MCP-1水平之间呈正相关(r=0.31,P<0.05;r=0.53,P<0.001)。结论:DM患者血清AGE-P、RANTES和MCP-1水平升高;血清AGE-P及MCP-1水平与DN病变程度平行,DN患者血清AGE-P与RANTES及MCP-1呈正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the levels of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and activated and regulated RANTES secreted by normal T cells in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) and to investigate their relationship with glycosylation End product - peptide (AGE-P). Methods: Forty-six healthy controls (NC) and 176 diabetic patients (DM) were divided into DMN group, DM Mi group and DMM group. Serum AGE-P was detected by flow injection analysis and serum MCP-1 and RANTES were detected by ELISA. Results: (1) The levels of serum MCP-1, RANTES and AGE-P in DM patients were significantly higher than those in NC patients (all P <0.01). (2) The serum MCP-1 levels were significantly higher in DM Ma group and DM Mi group (3) The level of serum AGE-P in DM Ma group was significantly higher than that in DM Mi group and DM N group (P <0.05 and P <0.01). (4) The serum AGE There was a positive correlation between -P and RANTES and MCP-1 levels (r = 0.31, P <0.05; r = 0.53, P <0.001). CONCLUSION: The levels of serum AGE-P, RANTES and MCP-1 in DM patients are increased. The levels of serum AGE-P and MCP-1 are in parallel with the severity of DN. Serum AGE-P is positively correlated with RANTES and MCP-1 in DN patients.
