文章在借鉴现有成果的基础上,主要从根本动力、基本条件和主要方式3个方面探讨网络信息生态链的形成机理。认为网络信息生态链形成的根本动力是信息生态主体的网络信息交流需求;网络信息主体的利益诉求吻合、信息供求匹配、技术水平相当、运行规则认同是网络信息生态链形成的基本条件;网络信息生态链形成的方式主要有自组织形成和他组织形成。
Based on the existing achievements, the article mainly discusses the formation mechanism of the network information ecological chain from the three aspects of the fundamental impetus, the basic conditions and the main ways. It is considered that the fundamental driving force for the formation of the network information ecological chain is the network information exchange needs of the main body of information ecology. The interest demands of the network information main body are in line with each other. Information supply and demand match, technology level is equal and operating rules identification is the basic condition for the formation of network information ecological chain. The formation of the ecological chain mainly consists of self-organization and formation of his organization.
