目的 观察顺铂联合干扰素膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌复发的疗效。方法 38例膀胱癌病人 ,术前 6 0～90min ,应用顺铂 5 0mg行膀胱灌注 ,术中应用顺铂 30mg、干扰素 30 0万U行肿瘤周围膀胱粘膜下广泛浸润注射 ,并于术后应用两药联合膀胱灌注。结果 随访 5～ 5 2个月 ,平均 31.7个月 ,复发 1例 ,复发率 2 .6 3%。结论 顺铂联合干扰素是一种有效的预防膀胱癌术后复发的措施。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cisplatin combined with interferon bladder irrigation in preventing recurrence of bladder cancer.
