我是城镇知识青年,到浙江绍兴茶场(原东方红茶场)支农已经18年了,在这期间一直从事茶叶生产。目前我场1660亩采摘茶园,干茶平均亩产已达370斤,是浙江省大面积高产单位之一。实践使我深深体会到,合理采摘是实现茶叶高产优质的关键技术之一,而春茶采摘是否合理,不仅关系到当季而且还给全年茶叶产量、品质以及茶树长势带来深刻影响。现结合多年来的亲身体会,就春茶采摘中的几个主要问题,谈一些肤浅的认识。
I am a young man of knowledge in cities and towns. It has been 18 years since I came to support Shaoxing Chachang (formerly the Oriental Tea Plantation) in Zhejiang Province. During this period I have been engaged in tea production. At present, 1660 acres of our field picking tea, dry tea average yield has reached 370 pounds, is one of the large-scale high-yielding units in Zhejiang Province. Practice has made me realize that reasonable picking is one of the key technologies to realize high yield and quality of tea. Whether picking the spring tea is reasonable or not is not only related to the season but also exerting a profound influence on tea output, quality and growth of tea trees throughout the year. Now combined with years of personal experience, on the spring picking tea in several major issues, talk about some superficial understanding.
