赤杂16号是内蒙古赤峰市农业科学研究所以自育不育系繁8A作母本,以自育恢复系7654为父本杂交组配而成的高粱杂交种。该杂交种生育期118d,所需≥10℃有效积温为2700～2900℃。1994～2002年参加了赤峰市农业科学研究所、赤峰市及国家高粱品种春播早熟组区域试验、生产试验。结果表明:赤杂16号比对照敖杂1号增产3.7%～38.99%。表现高产、稳产、优质、抗病、适应性强、分蘖成穗率高等特点。 Chishu 16 is a sorghum cross hybrid with a self-sterile line of parent 8A and a self-restore line of 7654 as a male parent in Chifeng Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Inner Mongolia.
