China is the second-largest country with a high burden of TB in the world. The number of people infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis is as high as 550 million, accounting for 44.5% of the total population. Students are one of the key groups for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Due to the characteristics of intensive teaching and learning pressure, schools are likely to become the sites of tuberculosis transmission and outbreak of epidemics [1-3].
