UrbanSim系统是当前美国最新型的城市仿真工具之一,主要用于城市增长管理、城市土地规划和交通政策分析,目前仅在美国盐湖城等少数城市获得实践。本文介绍了UrbanSim的特征、设计思想、基本建模方法;分析了其城市模型体系的架构和处理流程,面向对象的城市个体分析模型结构,系统对于复杂城市数据的存储和数据库整合。在结合该系统的应用实践的基础上,探讨了UrbanSim系统对我国数字城市建设的借鉴意义。
UrbanSim system is one of the latest urban simulation tools in the United States. It is mainly used for urban growth management, urban land planning and traffic policy analysis, and is currently only practiced in a few cities such as Salt Lake City in the United States. UrbanSim's characteristics, design ideas and basic modeling methods are introduced in this paper. The structure and process of its urban model system are analyzed. The structure of object-oriented urban individual analysis model and the storage and database integration of complex urban data are also analyzed. Based on the practical application of this system, the significance of UrbanSim system to the construction of digital city in our country is discussed.
