新课程背景下的课堂教学是师生共同活动来解决问题的过程,在教学过程中提问是师生与生生之间的一种重要的交流方式;而深度追问为前一次提问的延伸,是在学生回答完教师先前提出问题的基础上,教师再有针对性地提问,进一步激活学生的思维,促进学生深入思考探究。教师在课堂中适时地展开有效追问能够更好地提高学生的数学素养,可见,学会深度追问是小学数学教师发挥课堂教学机智的重要表现形式之一。
