识字是阅读和写作的基础,是低年级教学的一个重点。识字的多少、快慢,直接影响到读和写,特别是阅读开始的早晚和阅读能力的强弱。可民期以来,小学低年级识字教学一直存在着高耗低效的现象。语文课程标准指出:“学生是语文学习的主人,语文教学应激发学生的学习兴趣,注重培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯。”在识字的过程中,不仅要注重识字的数量与速度,还要注重识字的质量让小学生能够初步领会到汉字的文化内涵,并接受外国民族传统思维方式的陶冶,提高学生的文化品位。教师应开发针对小学语文汉字教学的方法,培养学生识字的能力。
