The Necessity of Legislation Xinjiang is one of the few provinces and autonomous regions rich in mineral resources in our country. At present, there are over 70 exploration units in 15 departments in our area, with an average of over 120 exploration projects each year, and the development of mining industry has enjoyed unprecedented growth.
