天津站地下人防工程位于天津站前解放桥广场东侧,场地表面为厚约2.5m杂填土,2.5m以下为轻亚粘土,静止地下水位在启然地面以下2.7～3.0m处,雨季最高水位-1.5m,土饱和重度18.8～19.5 kN/m~3,内聚力c=16～25 kPa,内摩擦角φ=20°～25°(降水后)。 该工程总建筑面积为5813.76m~2,中间多用厅部分深9.75 m,两侧深8.75 m,东西长67 m,南北宽37.6 m,东西两侧留有过街通道口,南侧有两个通向花坛的安全出口通道。建筑平面为带双翼的矩形,地坪至基础底板结构下皮最大挖深10.27
