新课程改革的不断深入使教学行为发生了根本性的变革,教学反思也正逐步为教师接受,为新课程改革增添了活力。新课程理念要求教师应该是教育教学的研究者,而要成为研究型的教师,首先必须要做一个反思型教师。教师只有不断反思、不断思考,才能提升教学实践的合理性,才能使自己成为学者型、研究型的教师。美国心理学家波斯纳提出:教师成长=经验+反思。我国心理学家林崇德教授也提出:优秀教师=教学过程+反思。在新课程实施过程中,体育教师的教学反思对提高自身的教育能力,提高体育教学质量等方面起着不可低估的作用。
The continuous deepening of new curriculum reform has led to fundamental changes in teaching behavior. Teaching reflection is gradually being accepted by teachers, adding vitality to the new curriculum reform. The new curriculum philosophy requires that teachers should be researchers in education and teaching. To become a research-based teacher, we must first be a reflective teacher. Only by constantly reflecting on teachers and thinking constantly can teachers enhance the rationality of teaching practice so that they can become academically-oriented and research-oriented teachers. American psychologist Posner put forward: teacher growth = experience + reflection. Professor Lin Chongde psychologists in China also put forward: excellent teacher = teaching process + reflection. In the process of implementing the new curriculum, PE teachers’ teaching reflection plays an important role in improving their own educational ability and improving the quality of PE teaching.
