淮北分公司作为安徽电信最小的两个分公司之一,2012年实行旗舰店店长责任制以来,短短两年,仅有的三个城市旗舰店的店长均获得了安徽电信给予的最高荣誉:淮北淮海路旗舰店店长刘素云被安徽电信授予2013年度营业厅划小“最佳经营者”荣誉称号;2012年和2013年,濉溪县淮海路旗舰店店长石翠翠、城南旗舰店店长蔡林先后荣获安徽电信“十佳销售服务明星”称号。他们所带领的团队也先后被授予安徽省“青年文明号”、“淮北市妇女创先争优先进集体”等荣誉称号。如此骄人的业绩是如何创造的?为此,笔者前往淮北电信三个城市旗舰店进行实地采访,发现这一切得来绝非偶然!
As one of the two smallest branch offices of Anhui Telecom, Huaibei Branch Office implemented the responsibility system of the flagship manager in 2012. In the recent two years, the chief executives of only three flagship stores in the city have obtained the highest granted by Anhui Telecom Honor: Huaihai Road, Huaibei flagship store manager Liu Suyun granted by Anhui Telecom in 2013 business office planning small “best manager ” honorary title; 2012 and 2013, Suixi County Huaihai Road flagship store manager Shicui Cui, Chengnan flagship store Cai Lin, manager has won the Anhui Telecom “Top Ten sales service star ” title. The team led by them has also been awarded the honorary title of Anhui Province, “Young Civilization”, “Huaibei Women Prequel Advanced Unit” and so on. So proud of the performance is how to create? To this end, the author went to Huaibei Telecom flagship store in the city of three interviews and found that it was by no means accidental!
