目的通过了解上海市七宝地区餐饮从业人员的健康素养状况及其影响因素,为制定针对餐饮从业人员的干预策略提供科学基础。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取上海市七宝地区餐饮业在岗从业人员477名为调查对象进行健康素养状况的问卷调查,利用非条件logistic逐步回归进行评价并分析影响因素。结果有22.9%在岗从业人员具备健康素养,3方面健康素养的具备情况分别为健康知识和理念素养(25.4%)、健康生活方式与行为素养(30.8%),健康基本技能素养(70.6%)。Logistic逐步回归分析显示:年龄、工种和户籍是影响餐饮从业人员是否具备健康素养的主要因素。结论应针对餐饮从业人员健康素养的薄弱特征开展针对性健康教育和健康促进策略,逐步提高职业人群的健康素养水平。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for the formulation of intervention strategies for catering practitioners by understanding the health literacy status of catering practitioners in Qibao District of Shanghai and its influencing factors. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect 477 employees who were employed in the catering industry in Qibao District, Shanghai. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of health literacy. Unconditional logistic stepwise regression was used to evaluate and analyze the influencing factors. As a result, 22.9% of employees in the post have health literacy, and the three aspects of health literacy are health knowledge and philosophy (25.4%), healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy (30.8%), and basic health skills (70.6%). Logistic stepwise regression analysis shows that age, type of work, and household registration are the main factors affecting whether catering workers have health literacy. [Conclusion] Targeted health education and health promotion strategies should be targeted at the weak characteristics of catering professionals’ health literacy, and the health literacy level of the professional population should be gradually improved.
