本文根据小浪底水利枢纽工程测量监理工作的实践，总结了测量监理工作在水利工程建设实施中应承担的任务及其对工程的“投资、进度、质量”三大控制所起的重要作用．
Based on the practice of surveying supervision in Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Dam Project, this paper summarizes the important tasks of surveying and supervision work in the implementation of water conservancy project construction and its important role in the three major control projects of “investment, progress and quality”.
