从王草(Cynodon dactylon L.)根际砖红壤土壤中筛选到21株解磷菌,对其形态学和生理生化特性进行了测定,最后将筛选出的解磷能力较强且无拮抗反应的4株解磷细菌组合成为解磷菌群,对其最适温度、最适pH值和最适生长时间进行了研究。结果表明,菌株2-5、2-6、2-8-1、2-9、3-8、3-8-1、4-1-2、4-2、4-5为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium);菌株2-7-1、2-8、3-6-1、4-1-1、4-3为伯克霍尔德菌属(Burkholderia sp);菌株4-4、2-7、2-8-2、3-6、4-3-1为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。解磷菌群的最适生长温度为25~30℃,最适生长pH值为6.5~7.0,最适生长时间为90 h。
21 Rhizoctonia solani strains were screened from rhizosphere soil of rhizosphere soil of Cynodon dactylon L. Morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics were determined. Finally, Four strains of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were combined into a phosphate-solubilizing bacteria group, and their optimum temperature, optimum pH and optimum growth time were studied. The results showed that the strains 2-5,2-6,2-8-1,2-9,3-8,3-8-1,4-1-2,4-2,4-5 Bacillus megaterium Bacillus megaterium; strains 2-7-1, 2-8, 3-6-1, 4-1-1, 4-3 are Burkholderia sp; strains 4-4, 2- 7-2-8-2,3-6,4-3-1 is Bacillus cereus. The optimum temperature for the growth of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria was 25-30 ℃, the optimal pH was 6.5-7.0 and the optimum growth time was 90 h.
