文化与自然遗产保护,现已成为世界各国和联合国日益重视的热点问题。文章分析了联合国教科文组织发布的有关文化和自然遗产保护的条文的问题根据和思想逻辑,集中探讨了文化遗产“有形”与“无形”兼具的特点,进而指出无形文化遗产保护的特殊性及其对于优秀文化传统的传承与发展的重要意义。
The protection of cultural and natural heritage has now become a hot issue of increasing importance to all countries in the world and to the United Nations. The article analyzes the problems and the logic of the articles on cultural and natural heritage protection promulgated by UNESCO. It focuses on the combination of the “visible” and the “intangible” cultural heritage, and points out the particularity of the protection of intangible cultural heritage And its significance for the inheritance and development of outstanding cultural traditions.
