据《西南农业大学学报》1996年第2期江怀仲等报道:从棉苗根系分离的99个芽孢杆菌中,筛选出对棉立枯病有控制作用和对棉苗有促生作用的C_87菌株。该菌株对棉花立枯病菌、炭疽病菌、枯萎病菌、黄萎病菌和水稻、小麦纹枯病菌均有抑菌活性。每克棉籽用2×10_8个/mL菌量处理,死苗率减少65.50%~80.07%,对立枯病防效为49.40%~63.34%。该菌最低生长温度为16℃;最高为56℃;在24~48℃下生长良好,40℃为最适温度,121℃、10min致死,菌株生长发育的pH值为5.410.5, pH值为6.2~8.5时生长良好,pH最适为7.0 。该菌在摇瓶培养下,菌量增加的迟滞期为6h,6~12h
According to “Journal of Southwest Agricultural University” 1996 the second period Jiang Huai-zhong et al reported: 99 strains of Bacillus isolated from cotton seedling roots, screened against cotton blight disease control role and promote the role of cotton seedlings C_87 strains.
