应用近红外反射估测了硬粒红春小麦Newana的穗部、旗叶和穗柄在4个生长阶段的蛋白质含,对这一测定技术进行了验证.供试样本取自三种氮肥水平的田间试验地.由标准凯氏法测得植株上述三个部分的蛋白含量范围(从穗柄的2.7%到旗叶的16.7%),并用此结果校准近红外反射测定结果.用19种可用的滤光片中的3个测定结果发现,二者之间的决定系数R~2为0.98;另用一冬小麦在三个生长阶段对近红外反射测定的可靠性进行验证,结果发现测定结果与凯氏法测定结果之间的决定系数r~2达极显著.据此认为,近红外反射是一种准确、快速且经济地测定植株气生组织蛋白含量的可行技术,有助于筛选小麦基因型间植株气生组织蛋白质含量.
