原发性巨球蛋白血症的特征为骨髓与淋巴结内有淋巴细胞样浆细胞恶性增生,血清中出现大量单克隆IgM,国内外已有不少报道,但对合并胸腔积液报道甚少。现将本院1例报告如下:
