采用元胞自动机原理建立了材料在加热过程中相变的模拟方法,模拟了加热和保温结束时的微观晶粒分布和大小。结果表明,所建立的模型得到的数据与实验数据一致,该法可用于完整热处理过程的模拟和操作参数的优化。
The simulation method of phase transformation in the heating process was established by using the principle of cellular automaton. The microscopic grain distribution and size at the end of heating and heat preservation were simulated. The results show that the data obtained from the model are consistent with the experimental data. The method can be used to simulate the whole heat treatment process and optimize the operating parameters.
