卢湾区档案局把《上海档案》的征订工作作为加强档案宣传,增强档案意识,提高文书、档案干部业务水平的重要环节来抓。全区目前有一百多个单位订阅,区级机关文书、档案干部基本上做到人手一册。他们的具体做法是: 一、下发文件,广泛宣传。区档案局于去年十一月向全区224个一级和二级业务指导单位,下发了关于认真做好一九八七年度《上海档案》征订工作的通知,向各级领导和文书、档案、组织人事干部广泛宣传《上海档案》的性质、内容和办刊宗旨,并把它作为机关、企事业单位档案人员的必备
