跨文化交际是指本族语者与非本族语者之间的交际,也指任何在语言和文化背景方面有差异的人们之间的交际。通俗来说就是如果你和外国人打交道,应该注意什么问题,应该如何得体地去交流。笔者于2013年2月-2014年2月在韩国从事对外汉语教学工作,从教学中感受到很多跨文化问题,韩国是一个十分开放、好奇感很强的国家。他们对于中国很多方面都倍感好奇,但是也许是信息获得的不全面或错误,也许是文化的差异,造成了对中国有很深的误解,这就产生了跨文化交际障碍。
Intercultural communication refers to the communication between native speaker and non-native speaker, and also refers to any communication between people who have different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Generally speaking, if you deal with foreigners, you should pay attention to what problems should be how to properly communicate. The author engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Korea from February 2013 to February 2014 and felt a lot of cross-cultural problems in teaching. South Korea is a very open and curious country. They are curious about many aspects of China, but perhaps the incompleteness or wrongness of obtaining information, perhaps cultural differences, have caused profound misunderstandings to China and this has created barriers to cross-cultural communication.
